Kreideweis & Loving Contract Consulting (KLCC) is a results oriented provider of specialized services to Government contractors. Our professionals have the related practical experience to assist companies in successfully meeting the increasing challenges of a highly regulated, closely scrutinized, and intensely competitive Government contract environment.

In addition to helping clients address issues related to effective detection and prevention of regulatory compliance violations, we help our clients to take full advantage of what the regulations allow. Our service objective is not simply to help you comply, but to help you comply profitably.

Today's Government contracting environment is far different from what it was just a decade ago. Rapid technological changes and advancements, soaring capital requirements, continuous changes in federal procurement regulations, and increased public media and Government attention to waste, fraud, and abuse have significantly increased the complexity and cost of doing business with the Government for prime and subcontractors alike.

Helping clients - small, medium and large - to function effectively, compliantly, and profitably in such a demanding marketplace requires expertise, creative thought, focus, and commitment. You get these traits with KLCC - and you get them cost effectively.
KLCC is a limited liability partnership between John Kreideweis and John Loving. John L. Kreideweis John Kreideweis, CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager), has over 60 years experience in Government contracting, including 22 years as a Contracting Officer while serving in the U.S. Air Force, 16 years as a Principal with Ernst & Young’s Government Contract Services practice, and three years with Siemens Maintenance Services as Director of Contracts and Purchasing. Since 2006, John has been a Partner in KL Contract Consulting.

John was the 1986 recipient of the Secretary of the Air Force Award for Professionalism in Contracting (Supervisor). He is a Past National President of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and a 40-year member of NCMA. He is also a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and a life member of the Air Force Association (AFA) and the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). He is a frequent speaker on Government contract issues, specifically those related to material management and accounting, purchasing, and contract management. Since 2022, John has been included in Marquis Who's Who in America, in recognition of his expertise in contracts management.

John has a BA in Government from Colby (ME) College, a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Auburn University, and a Certificate in Managing Change from Harvard University.

He played baseball and learned to ski in college. Today, he still has interest in baseball and skiing, and has become an avid golfer. He supports a number of animal protection groups, as well as the Red Cross, Hospice, and Habitat for Humanity. His home base is in Plano, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. John T. Loving John Loving, CPA, has over 40 year experience in Government contractor accounting. He has ten years of experience with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and over 30 years of consulting experience including Loving & Sperry, CPAs and KL Contract Consulting.

John is Past President of the North Texas Chapter of National Contract Management Association (NCMA), a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has spoken to professional organizations, provided expert witness testimony, and published several articles regarding accounting for Government contracts.

His outside interests are waterskiing and beekeeping. He and his wife of over 40 years home base in Flower Mound, Texas. KLCC provides contract consulting services to companies currently involved in or wanting to become involved in government contracting. Services may be tailored by mutual agreement to satisfy client needs.
